Creating Team Mastery (2 Days) is a unique workshop designed to help teams build self-leadership, learning effectiveness, and alignment in order to become a high-performing team. self-leadership means that team members are capable of independent action. High-performance Team Workshop (3 Days) transforms a group of individuals into a high-performing team. The program moves a team through the challenges of task and group alignment and helps them develop the skills and techniques for building stronger, more collaborative teams. It is designed for the team to go through the workshop together.

 

Innovation in Action Series (3½ Days) provides the key components to unleash and leverage the innovative resources of the organization. It is comprised of a series of modules that provides the tools, skills, and processes for individuals, teams, and work groups to generate new ideas and implement innovative solutions.

 

The Creative Journey (1 Day) presents a four step process to explore innovation: assess and meet the challenge of risk and uncertainty; generate innovative options; implement a solution; and celebrating results. This step-by-step process helps individuals and teams generate and implement innovative solutions.

 

Taking Initiative (½ Day) helps individuals and team members gain insight into their strengths and areas for improvement at each stage of the innovation process. Participants master strategies to overcome barriers and to gain buy-in from others for new ideas.

 

Strategic Innovation Management (1 Day) assesses the culture for innovation and identifies the gaps and opportunities for improvement. The assessment based on 16 critical factors includes input from management and the team and identifies areas of alignment and misalignment among the two groups.

 

Leading From Within (1Day) was designed to help individuals increase their leadership capabilities, this course identifies gaps between an individual’s beliefs and action and explains how to close those gaps.
